This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Netfixx Solutions provides remote PC consulting services to you, the client. By accessing and using our Services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Consultant offers remote PC consulting services, which may include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues.
Installing, updating, or configuring operating systems and software applications.
Optimizing system performance and security.
Providing technical support and guidance through remote access tools.
These services will be performed remotely via phone, email, video chat, or remote access software, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful provision of Services, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information about the issues, systems, and equipment involved.
Grant the Consultant temporary remote access to the Client’s computer or network as needed for troubleshooting or repair (with the understanding that this access is strictly for the purpose of providing consulting services).
Follow any instructions provided by the Consultant to ensure the proper functioning of your system.
Maintain backup copies of important files and data, as the Consultant is not responsible for any data loss during the Services provided.
Be available for scheduled appointments and consultations.
3. Payment and Fees
Services are charged at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking or as detailed in the invoice.
Payment is due upon completion of Services, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include but not limited to: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cashapp.
Late payments may incur additional fees or delays in further services.
4. Remote Access
To perform remote troubleshooting, the Consultant may need to access your computer or network using remote desktop software or other tools. By granting access, you agree to allow the Consultant to make necessary modifications and updates to your system to resolve the issues. You acknowledge that this access is provided solely for the purpose of performing Services and will be revoked immediately upon completion.
5. Confidentiality
The Consultant will make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal and business information. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring that no sensitive or confidential information is shared unnecessarily during the consultation. The Consultant will not disclose or misuse any confidential information provided by the Client during the course of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant will make reasonable efforts to perform the Services with due diligence, but makes no guarantee of a complete or perfect solution to the Client’s issues. The Consultant is not liable for any damage caused to your systems, data, or network beyond the scope of services agreed upon.
The Consultant is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
In no event will the Consultant’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Services related to the claim.
7. Disclaimers
The Consultant does not provide support for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities, including but not limited to activities that violate copyright, intellectual property, or any applicable laws.
The Consultant is not responsible for any issues related to third-party software, hardware, or services outside the scope of our consulting.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for any Services rendered up to the point of termination. The Consultant reserves the right to terminate the Services immediately if the Client breaches any of the terms of this Agreement or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the provision of Services.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the Services, including any breach of this Agreement, third-party claims, or any misuse of the Client’s system during or after the provision of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
The Consultant reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located within Clark County, Nevada.
